Cancellation & Deposit Policies
I honor your time, energy, and healing journey—and kindly ask for the same in return. To ensure a balanced and harmonious experience for everyone I serve, please review the following guidelines before booking your session or event.
✦ Services (Readings, Healing Sessions, etc.)
Booking: A $50 deposit or Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $50 (your deposit).
No-Shows: Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.
Emergencies: I understand that unexpected things can happen. If a true emergency arises, please reach out directly—I will do my best to find a compassionate solution that works for both of us.
✦ Late Arrivals (Private Sessions)
Sessions will end at the scheduled time to honor the next client’s appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it may be considered a no-show and subject to a cancellation fee.
Please call or text if you’re running late so we can make any possible adjustments.
✦ Classes, Courses & Workshops
All sales are final, as space and energy are prepared specifically for each participant.
If you are unable to attend, your payment or deposit may be applied toward a future offering.
A minimum of 25% of the total cost is due at the time of acceptance to reserve your space.
Payment plans are available; the minimum payment accepted is one-quarter of the total course fee.
Full payment is due at least one week prior to the course start date.
